Anshuman Chaturvedi is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at hy:

He is a seasoned leader and innovator with deep technical know-how in Digitization, Analytics, Enterprise Architecture and Product Development, having spent his career focusing on Software Engineering and Senior Leadership positions. He has a proven track record in implementing Technical Strategy, Corporate/Business Strategy, GCC/CoE setup, Financial models, People Strategy and Delivery Frameworks. At hy: Anshuman is responsible for aligning its strategy, driving growth across key segments and markets and evolving the core businesses.

Prior to joining hy:, Anshuman served as CEO at Pago Analytics, where he led the team to focus on Strategic and Tactical planning for Market expansion, Operational optimization, and Digital Transformation. Earlier in his career, Anshuman was India Head and Director, R&D at Mach, Starhome-Mach and TOMIA.

He has held key positions leading various GCC and CoE efforts in past. He also has been instrumental in assisting various organizations in realizing their GCC potential with Cost optimization, Process optimization and Innovation agendas.

He has served in close partnerships with Microsoft, Oracle, Reuters, Sirius, Vodafone Group, Etisalat Group and TechMahindra. Currently, he is on Board of Directors for hy: Tech and Consulting, Pago Analytics and Telarix.

Anshuman received his Engineering degree from BU University, PGDM from SMU, and EPLM from IIM-Calcutta.

Kiran Lal is a Partner and Managing Director for hy: where she is responsible for overall strategy, and seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

An acclaimed professional in the industry, Kiran has expertise in setting and revitalizing company cultures and guiding organizations to achieve business results through people practices. As an enterprising leader with dexterity in leading talent towards accomplishment of organisational goals, Kiran excels in Organizational Design and Development, Communication and Culture building, Talent Attraction; Management & Development, Change Management & Integration, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Analytics, driving Operational Excellence and Mergers & Acquisitions, across geographies and sectors.

She is also adept in GCC/CoE setup. Her Talent Strategy initiative won the NOA (National Outsourcing Association) & Utility Week – Skill Development Program of the Year and was a finalist in GSA (Global Sourcing Association) UK Professional Awards.

Kiran has proven her prowess in organizations such as Convergys, Airtel, Scope International, Aon Hewitt, EXL, TOMIA and more recently alliantTALENT.

Recognized as the 10 Best Women HR Leaders in 2021 by Women Entrepreneur Magazine, Kiran is Green Belt Certified from TQMI, a Certified Diversity Trainer by Hewitt Associates, Certified HR Merger & Acquisition Professional by Aon Hewitt, Certified Change Management Expert by KPMG.

Guy leads the global Sales and Marketing for hy:

He is responsible for helping organizations understand the unique value proposition and strong ROI of hy: services and products; how they can use it for competitive positioning as they develop more effective strategies. Guy will focus on expanding and growing hy: business and building long term partnerships with our clients.

Guy is a seasoned business leader specializing in growing and globalizing businesses through a focus on customer need and engagement.

Working across Telecoms and IT for many years and having managed large teams, he is deeply aware of the need for companies to flexibly manage their growth. This wealth of experience and knowledge will add tremendous strength to hy: and bring long term valuable insights to our clients and partners.

Prior to joining hy: Guy was associated with Lumine Group and TOMIA amongst others. He was instrumental in creating partnerships and developing business, managing over 100 customers and multimillion dollar revenues ensuring success through focussed customer service.

Previously Guy led the marketing and product marketing function at MACH Sarl and was involved in the sale of that business. He has developed Partnership programs from the ground up to ultimately have 100s of customers. He specializes in developing businesses through a sharp focus on their propositions and go to market.

Guy holds a degree in Engineering from Susses University in the UK.

Apart from being a certified Life Coach, practicing Counsellor and experienced NLP expert, Kalpana has had successful associations with MNC’s such as Rico Auto Industry, Hinduja Group and Accenture.

Kalpana is a transformational leader, with deep understanding of how to build a business aligned and performing workplace culture coupled with a diverse and inclusive environment.

As a seasoned HR Advisor, she has expertise in guiding organizations to seamlessly align their Talent practices and procedures with business imperatives, her influence encompassing the entire life cycle of Talent – from Talent Attraction to Exit and beyond.

With hands-on professional on organizational change management, Kalpana’s emphasis on innovation, ethics, and data-driven decision-making has been helping organizations in optimizing their Talent, realigning and realizing their objectives and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Kalpana has completed her Post Graduate in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. She holds an International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills (IGDCS) from Banjara Academy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Associate Coach certification from Sue Knight Consulting.

With over 22 years of rich techno-functional experience in end-to-end technical design, architecture, production support & delivery of software applications and 10 years of experience as a System Architect, Sheeba is highly skilled in leading all technical aspects of overall application development lifecycle.

Sheeba has proven success in achieving on-time and quality delivery of multiple projects for clients, proficient in exploring various design options in order to arrive at an optimal product or solution. She is extremely proficient in leading business architectural efforts to resolve integration & interface issues between various systems with focus on optimizing performance, add new features and scalability.

A Master’s degree holder in Computer Application, Sheeba possesses strong skills to identify functional needs and transform them into technology terms. Her expertise includes identifying logical layers and mapping them to physical layers.
