AI SME

Job Objective:

We are looking for an AI SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer
science and mathematics, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python and R. They should
understand the appropriate algorithms used in Machine Learning and should be able to decide for appropriate
ones. They will also have a passion for learning and a desire to work on cutting-edge technology.
The developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining generative AI models and Supervised Learning
AI models.

Primary Responsibility (Strategic, Operational, People and Financial responsibilities)

• Interface with our product managers, product architects and jointly drive the development of product
  portfolio
• Design and implement solutions/applications for a worldwide user basis
• Develop solutions as required to achieve the delivery targets
• Develop and maintain supervised/unsupervised/recommendation learning AI models
• Develop and maintain generative AI models
• Work with a team of engineers to deploy and test models
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Learning/Generative AI
• Interface and communicate with architect/developers/tester peers to support the end to end solution
• Should be target oriented, self-starter and must have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
• Continuous optimization of the solutions/applications landscape to improve its effectiveness, reduce cost
  and ensure productivity to match market demand

Desired Qualifications

• Any Engineering degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech), preferably in Computer
  Science Or
• Postgraduate degree (MSc) in Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience working with different AI learning models in real-life scenario
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English

Desired experience

• Prior experience working on product development
• Additional Project/Certification on AI technologies

Knowledge and Skills

Technical Knowledge

• Python/R
• Experience with supervised learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, and decision trees
• Experience with unsupervised learning algorithms such as clustering, dimensionality reduction, and
  anomaly detection
• Experience with recommendation learning algorithms such as filtering, factorization, and decomposition
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV)
• Familiarity with generative AI algorithms such as GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow
