Job Objective:
We are looking for passionate and experienced advisors in Financial Markets to join our growing team. You have complete P&L responsibility for the Team reporting in and to make sure targets /goal are achieved as per projections for the financial year. You will be responsible to take initiatives in new business as per organizational strategy. You will be responsible to ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timelines and to ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization. You will be mentoring and guiding team members thereby increasing revenue and ensuring they achieve their assigned targets.
Primary Responsibility (Strategic, Operational, People and Financial responsibilities)
- Ensure the maintenance of the P&L of the team/branch monthly
- Ensure the timely delivery of customized equity advise to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines
- Pass on ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor as and when reported
- To ensure and to keep check on the Advisory certification program for the advisors as per defined timelines
- Compliance and surveillance to be checked on regular time intervals frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline, MBA Finance/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA / NCFM/AMFI
- Experience: 5+ Years in Financial Markets
- 2+ Years in a leadership role
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets including Derivatives, Currency and Commodities
- IT Skills: MS Office
